Halo series is all set to premiere on Paramount+ in 2022. It will show a unique side of Master Chief, the protagonist of the Halo tv-series, something that fans have not seen yet. Kiki Wolfkill (head of the halo trans-media division) talked about all the challenges in transporting a popular character from video games to a completely different platform. As both industries differ greatly from each other, he highlighted that the greatest challenge is the adaptation process.
Wolfkill spoke to IGN about the upcoming Halo tv-series and gave some insiders on Master Chief. Wolfkill said, ”Probably the biggest challenge of adapting the game is, the game is designed to put you in chief’s armor. What we are asking people to do with the show is a sort of sit back, and we are going to present a side that you just don’t get to play in the game.”

When asked about the whole stress and pressure situations of working on such a grand show, he said, ”For the television series, we want to be able to do something new in Halo, and we want people to be able to experience it differently, and there’s such a responsibility, and there is also just the personal you know drive of wanting to create something amazing, and there’s sort of no room to panic.”
Well, it is a real challenge to bring Master Chief into something like this. The live-action series differs greatly from the video game. We have got some glimpses of Master Chief in the past as well. It is Pablo Schreiber in the ultimate suit.
