Ludwig Ahgren has been in the headlines consistently this year. He truly burst onto the scene following his 31-day long subathon during which he broke Ninja’s all-time subs record. Since then, the American streamer has pushed the boundaries of content creation and has not looked back.
He also owns a YouTube channel with 1,7 million subscribers. One of the main reasons for his success on the video platform was his consistency. Ludwig did not miss a video for 618 days in a row. However, it seems like this streak will finally be coming to an end.
On June 15th, Ludwig took to Twitter to reveal that he had been banned from YouTube for a week. This was because his recent “You Laugh, You Lose” video was flagged for ‘Child Safety’. Ahgren and his stream attempted to figure out the exact clip responsible for the creator’s ban, but to no avail.

Twitter’s reaction to Ludwig being banned from YouTube
Since then, Ludwig has received tons of support from fans and creators alike. JackScepticEye empathized with his fellow YouTuber. He criticized the YouTube system which does not warn creators about their violations beforehand and resorts to severe punishment like bans.
Wish they would give a warning and a chance to remove the video or edit them ourselves first. Instead of just BAM, sorry no uploading for youuu

Similarly, streamer Esfand stressed the same point as Jack. He wrote, “The thing that’s stupid about this, is why not have someone who contacts the bigger YouTubers and is like “yo, here is what is wrong: __________” and just remove the video with a warning?”

Lazarbeam is one of the creators who has previously been on the short end of this stick. He could do nothing but offer his condolences to Ludwig, saying, “Been there sucks massive dong.”

Ludwig has some of the most loyal fans. This was depicted by the number of supportive responses to his ban. @KristoferYee commended Ludwig on maintaining a 600+ day streak. He further added, “I respect your hustle man I and I the situation gets fixed soon.”
:/ I’m sorry man. I’ve been in awe how you’ve consistently put up content on what I think is an overwhelming website.
