It has been a rough year for the popular streaming platform Twitch as things have constantly been going up and down for the streaming giant. After the policy change controversy, a lot of streamers openly confronted the platform for being unfair to the creators. Ever since the backlash faced on the possible changes, Twitch has been attempting redemption.
A lot of streamers were miffed at Twitch for their new guidelines and openly criticized them. Big names like xQc, Ludwig, Ninja, and even MrBeast were very openly against the new creator guidelines. Some of them later decided to move on to the platform’s arch-rival Kick. Now another attempt has been made in the latest of updates by the developers at the platform, to get some traffic back on Twitch.
Twitch To Have A Tik Tok Like Interface

Twitch has now decided to take inspiration from one of the most revolutionary apps in recent times, Tik Tok. The officials announced the new upgrades and emphasized the need to bring the changes. A user shared a glimpse of the announcement on Twitter. Through the post, he wrote, “Twitch has announced their mobile discovery feed similar to TikTok. Their goal is not to have people spend hours watching clips, but instead to push more people to your live channel.”

This might work as a change for Twitch considering the method has already been tested in the largest of the content creation community. Fans also believe this might be a sensible move by the makers. Though the wave is still not in favor of the platform considering all the recent past experiences with the platform.
