Apex Legends has gone through massive changes in its 2 year life-cycle. The community saw the introduction of a wide range of new Legends and maps. The developers even experimented by introducing small tweaks to the map, while adding minor content. Journeying into Season 8, one of the most revered maps of the title saw a complete rework after nearly getting wiped.

The reworked version of the map released too much hype and now TSM Viss has now come forward offering his views about all three maps. He made a tier list of all the maps and deemed one map as the best.

TSM Viss states his thoughts about every Apex Legends Map

Colton “Viss” Visser is one of the more prominent names in Apex Legends who also enjoys a strong fan following. He is a former PUBG professional player who later made to streaming full time. He recently took to Twitter with a small tier list, ranking each map with a brief tweet.

The new tier list may have jolted the community, as merely a year ago the streamer made a different statement. The community pointed to an older tweet out of the streamer, and this change of heart clearly depicts the state of new game and map rework.

Fans are divided on the matter

Not everyone agreed with the statement made here. Twitter users offered their reactions, expressing their love-hate relationship with maps.

King’s Canyon is now considered as the worst map of the game. The rework may have had massive hype behind it prior to its release, but it does not feel like it has lived up to it. The community whole-heartedly expressed their opinion regarding this, although divided.

Well, there are some people who did not agree with the opinions expressed here. A portion of the community is in love with map and they really liked the rework. One such fan from the community came out in defense of everyone’s favorite map.

Accepting change is never easy, especially if it is about something that the community adores. Not sure what the thought process was behind introducing such a massive change when the community clamored just for its return. On the other hand, there are fans like this one who approve of the changes.

The developers’ thought process is impossible to gauge from the outside, as we are unaware of the larger picture. It is safe to say that the fans are surely going to miss the good old King’s Canyon. The map is now firmly a part of the history, and it does not seem like it will ever make a return following the events of Season 8.
