Right now the stocks are almost sold, and the developer has stopped printing more games so it could be a great time to invest in it. It won’t be available forever. 

4. Persona 5 Royal 

As the hardware is improving day by day, the physical copies of games are almost getting extinct. So right now, when Persona 5 royal is still available in cartridge form and loaded with all the extra content, it can be a significant investment for the future.

In the next 10 years, the cartridge version of the game could become massively valuable. 

3. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle 

The Game is already very valuable in terms of its influential value, as it is a result of one of the few Nintendo collaborations with other third-party companies.

But there is a special physical cartridge variant with a small sticker at the bottom saying, “Includes pixel pack a unique weapon”. This variant has the potential to see some price hikes in the future.

This game almost always is held at the $60 price tag, but currently, at the time of writing this article, the game is on sale for $40.

It is a great initiative to invest in the game as the series has already garnered a “classic” status in the community and as their company limits the prints of the cartridges and discontinues the support. The game has great potential to be highly valuable in the future.
