In 2020, Warner Bros announced the development of Hogwarts Legacy for fans. They were excited to take them on this magical journey and honor the legacy of the fan-favorite wizard. And to everyone’s surprise, fans were elated as they counted the days until the official release.

However, they had to go through mental turmoil as the devs delayed the game multiple times. Apparently, they were not happy with its condition and wanted everything to be perfect for the community. So, after months of anticipation, Warner Bros set a February 10, 2023 release day for Hogwarts Legacy.

This created chaos in the community, with fans trying to keep their excitement content. Plus, it raised questions about what they should keep in mind before grabbing their copies. So, before you try to search for them on multiple sites, here are the crucial ones laid out for you.

What should one look out for in Hogwarts Legacy?

According to Gameranx, the game’s main feature shows an “open world outside Hogwarts is surprisingly big and there are swamps the dense deep Forbidden Forest the Big Town of Hogsmeade and various other smaller towns sprinkled throughout there are a few kinds of obligatory open-world things to keep busy you know nothing too obnoxious thankfully and also tons of hidden puzzles and dungeons of varying sizes a lot of this is for Loot and progression.”

But there are tons of other features to look out for. Starting with the character, players will be able to design them according to their comfort. Plus, an added option of changing the pitch of their voice makes it different, as one can easily set it according to theirs in real life.

Followed by that, Hogwarts Legacy proves to be one of the best Warner Bros games, giving the perfect open-world feeling. I mean, if you loved Arkham Knight, you will surely enjoy this one. On top of that, the devs have added the perfect year for the in-game character as they are on the line to becoming a professor.

The game’s mechanics also seem to be in a good shape as users will have to learn over 16 spells for exploration and combat. Every spell will allow them to create combos, but well, one needs to craft them rightly. Then, the title also features things like doge, massive dash, deflect, random things in the environment, potions, spells, etc. for fights. Lastly, if you are going to look forward to completing the game, you need to think about every move.

Some drawbacks

It’s not like any game can be perfect as it might come bearing flaws. So, before buying Hogwarts Legacy you need to understand a few drawbacks that might irk you.

First things first, the house you choose matters little, as it is only meant for the common room, colors, and experience. It makes little difference in the game, so choose your favorite. Second, the castle school is full of secrets, which might be a great experience, but you will need loads of time to uncover every secret. And lastly, the game works fairly well on PS5 but seems to be a little high graphic, so use a good system.
