The list of games coming to PlayStation 5 goes way beyond the usual superhero fare. So let us go ahead and take a look at some of the best games coming to PlayStation 5 in 2023!

Spider-Man 2 for PlayStation 5

It would be weird if we just started this list without Spider-Man 2. The popular web crawler would be back in the streets of the big apple. All to fight a number of new supervillains. And those supervillains would be headed by the symbiotic nightmare venom.

The game would come exclusively to PlayStation 5 in the fall of 2023, and we cannot wait for it!

Dead Space for PlayStation 5

Dead Space would be the first in this year’s list of Survival Horror games that would be coming to PlayStation 5 in 2023. This game has been completely remade with qualities of life improvements. The developers have also taken some liberties when designing the levels, such as making the whole game connected seamlessly like one huge level.

When developers of a game do so much work just to give players a better experience, it makes sense for everyone to be excited about it.

Resident Evil 4 Remake for PlayStation 5

Once again, we get a remake of a beloved survival horror game. All from the masters of game remakes, Capcom. This company has been making some excellent remakes of their best games for the better part of three years now.

This game introduces some new ideas to its classic self. It also switches the campiness of the original Resident Evil 4 off to make this new game scarier. We, just like any other Resident Evil 4 fan in this whole world, cannot wait for this game. The Resident Evil 2 Remake was excellent, and that gives us high hopes for 4’s remakes, too.

Alan Wake 2 for PlayStation 5

Alan Wake, gaming’s own Neo Noir mixed with weird ideas similar to twin peaks. A third-person action-adventure mystery game with some horror mixed into it. Most loved this game and actually started Remedy’s string of similar games, Quantum Break, and Control  — all were part of this mysterious universe.

And now they are gearing up to launch the sequel to Alan Wake. We have high hopes for this upcoming game. Let us see how it turns out to be.

Hogwarts Legacy for PlayStation 5

It seems like fans of this world of Wizardry are finally getting the game of their dreams. Hogwarts Legacy gives fans a chance to take a stroll in Hogwarts and gradually rise through the ranks of wizards as they study potions and spells.

The sheer detail that this game offers is astonishing. We just cannot wait to see what else this game has in store for us.

Atomic Heart

Atomic Heart is an interesting mash-up of Bioshock and Wolfenstein. A game that looks more and more ridiculous the more we see of it.

We just hope it is as fun as it looks, and we would not even have to wait very long.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

If Elden Ring was open-world Dark Souls, the Wo Long is a more open-ended Nioh. And this must be enough for most gamers to decide if they want to play this game or not.

The game would be launched for PlayStation 5 sometime in 2023, and we sure cannot wait.

Silent Hill 2

Konami is finally bringing back the Silent Hill series. And they are doing it right by starting with a Remake of Silent hill 2.

It is being developed by Bloober Team, developers of The Blair Witch Project. And it would be a console exclusive to Playstation 5.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage

It is not technically exclusive to PlayStation 5, but it is certainly one of the most anticipated games of the year.

It would finally bring back the hardcore stealth of classic Assassin’s Creed games and it would not be the confusing mess of role-playing and action that is modern Odyssey and Valhalla.
