Only a few days left for Olatunji to step inside the boxing ring once again to face the MMA fighter, Dillon Danis, who was also Conor MacGregor’s former training partner. Ahead of the fight, KSI decided to share his workout session to showcase how hard he’s training for this bout.
In the video, KSI could be seen doing a lot of heavy lifting and cardio. But the toughest workout in that session was the front squats, where he started with 100 kilograms, but after each set, he increased the weight up to 160 kilograms.

But after doing front squats with 120 kilograms, KSI decided to take a dig at his opponent Danis. He claimed, “I’m strong you know, Dillon’s wrecked. He’s getting destroyed.” But the YouTuber didn’t stop at Dillon, as he continued, “All my opponents teeing destroyed, all of them, this little nerd getting HENCHED!”
The YouTuber seems to be very confident in his strength and intense workout. Maybe he has the right to little confidence, as he didn’t lose a fight so far in his boxing stint. It would be interesting to see if that record continues even after his upcoming match.
