But the man has announced his arrival in style. The Twitch icon is all set to debut as an actor for a short feature film as he shared the fun trailer with the audience. 

Over the years, Kai Cenat has become synonymous with entertainment. With all his witty one-liners and charming personality, he has been a protagonist of the streaming community for a while now. And now, the streamer has decided to step it up. As he unveiled the trailer for his first short film, fans immediately drew comparisons with the evergreen Rush Hour franchise.

The first look is exhilarating! 

Kai Cenat has struck a nostalgic chord for all movie buffs after he shared a glimpse of his first-ever cinematic feature. He has produced a short film titled, ‘Global Pursuit’ that also features Ray, a dear friend from Japan. The streamer’s fans might remember his much-loved friend who was a major part of the man’s recent to Japan. If you thought the chemistry during the trip was spectacular, hold on until you have a look at the trailer. 

The trailer seems like a callback to Rush Hour, one of the funniest movie franchises ever made. The movies revolved around two friends who couldn’t be more different, come together to form the funniest cop duo ever. And amidst all the action-packed hurdles, audiences were subjected to the most iconic punchlines.

We can catch the Twitch star dropping some one-liners in the trailer as well. Even the creator took the fans back to the movie franchise as he captioned the trailer, “ REUNITED, Welcome To America”.

Besides his friend Roy, the musician Lil Yachty makes a brief appearance at the very end of the short film’s clip. Adding to the star-studded lineup, Fanum also features in the movie. 

Fans cannot wait for Kai Cenat’s Debut! 

As expected, the trailer took over social media immediately after its release. The chemistry was the highlight of the trailer. Moreover, fans couldn’t stop comparing the movie to the OG duo of Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker.

It’s safe to assume the project is inspired by Rush Hour. And some like this so much, they think it should be part 4!

Whether it’s Lee and Carter, or Kai Cenat and Ray, it’s all good.
