In the blog, there are various key aspects revealed on what fans can expect after the launch. Interestingly, it also mentions a brand new way of interacting with weapons under the Gunsmith. It has finally added something that most of the players keep discussing online.

JGOD is one of the best COD experts on the internet and always keeps sharing his thoughts regarding new changes in the latest titles. Recently, he talked a lot about Modern Warfare 3 and its upcoming treatment to the Gunsmith.

While discussing various elements, JGOD also touched upon the revamped Gunsmith in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. It’s going to receive in-depth, detailed weapon stats at launch. To be precise, the attachments will offer an extended look at their performance in terms of damage, range, recoil control, mobility, fire rate and more.

JGOD said that although the weapon tuning has been removed from the game (including Modern Warfare II), the inclusion of detailed weapon stats for attachments will be a treat to watch. “This is a huge W”, he said while praising the big move from the devs. There will be no more tuning option but a better way to compare mods based on different values.

The removal of weapon tuning has come after the feedback from the community during the beta phase. Thus, the introduction of in-depth weapon stats under the Gunsmith will definitely provide an alternative solution to players who used to rely too much on tuning options.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is set to launch worldwide on November 10. It’s currently available with its Campaign mode, thanks to the reveal of an early access version a few days ago.
