Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 players are enjoying its Multiplayer experience so far. However, similar to previous installments, the latest FPS premium has also got a few downsides and weird instances. Apart from having bugs, it seems like many players are now annoyed with something else which is making them upset over the movement mechanics.
Modern Warfare 3 features tons of amazing movement changes compared to its predecessor. Features like slide cancel are back with additions such as Tac Stance. Which means, players using controllers can’t replicate this movement. Only Mouse and Keyboard players of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 can take advantage of this ‘snaky tactic’.
Undoubtedly, it will enable a lot of PC players to move around any map without having to stand up. Thus, they will also have almost no chance of getting shot, compared to those running on foot.
However, this isn’t the first time snake movement has surfaced in Call of Duty games.

Even in 2010’s Black Ops, such a mechanic was quite common to see during Multiplayer matches. The snaking movement consists of crouching up and down behind cover, at a rapid pace, to peek at a certain angle. Eventually, it eliminates the possibility of getting shot by an enemy.
However, the latest exploit has taken things to a new level given the fact how smoothly players can execute this mechanic. Undoubtedly, anyone using a mouse and keyboard, who’s now aware of this movement trick, will try to exploit it even more in Multiplayer games.

As of now, the exact cause of this situation is unknown. But it looks like Sledgehammer’s team will definitely remove it in case more reports emerge in the next few days. Until then, console users will have to probably just watch PC players slither their way around in online matches.
