Logan Paul and KSI-owned PRIME sports drink have been in competition with Gatorade for a while now. The latter is one of the biggest sports beverages, which is spread across 80 countries. The latest update about the face-off was seen in the JiDion video, where he took some insane steps to advertise that PRIME was better than Gatorade.

Now KSI got a slight repercussion regarding that video through his Twitter post.

The latest JiDion video was one of his biggest stunts. The YouTuber, who is also a close confidante of rapper turned boxer KSI, attempted to best the famous Gatorade brand. For this, he traveled all the way to Chicago. JiDion talked his way into PepsiCo’s headquarters, the parent company of Gatorade.

He then made the employees believe that he was a part of the Gatorade team and made them taste PRIME drinks disguised as Gatorade sample products. Interestingly, people liked the flavors and were seen giving their thumbs up with the notion that they were tasting their own company’s drinks.

JiDion also video-called KSI who was laughing and telling that he would not have the courage to pull a stunt of this scale. The latter also went on to post JiDion’s YouTube video on his Twitter timeline. Though JJ did not mention Gatorade in his post, the tweet was taken down by the microblogging platform.

JJ was seen posting a follow-up tweet mentioning that Gatorade was taking everything to the heart and they are extremely triggered with KSI for promoting his friend’s YouTube video.

Fans were at two extreme ends regarding the tweet’s takedown

The community, when they got to know about the takedown of the Tweet by the platform, were having polarized opinions. Some were in support of KSI with like-minded comments.

Whereas, there were people who had thoughts about KSI taking it a bit further. These were followed up by warnings asking the 29-year-old to not mess with a dominant franchise like Gatorade.

As far as the video which started this debacle is concerned, it still is live on YouTube and garners more views as you read this. In just two days, the video grossed over 2.7 million views. For the community, all these tensions and passive fights between two competing parties are entertaining.

But issues like these may have some aggravated repercussions in the future. JJ is seen as careful about all these, and still, without even mentioning Gatorade in his Tweet, it got removed.
