The 5-20 minute videos that we as viewers see on the screen have tons of background work done on them. This hidden work that goes on when creating massive budget videos can be quite disturbing for the content creator. MrBeast, who is known for such extraordinary videos recently talked about the mental toll that such creations can give to a creator.
According to Jimmy, when you become a content creator who is expected to create quality extravagant content, there are lots of factors that are at stake. The first and foremost is to satisfy the fans. From the beginning of making the video to the time it airs online, one key factor on which the future of the content creator hangs is fans. This brings added pressure on the creator.
Additionally, when creating such massive content, there are a lot of people who become part of it. The camera crew, on-screen and off-screen staff, costume designers, and so on. These people likely would be belonging to the content creator’s organization and thus they are dependent on the creator.

The fact that their future depends on the creator, can be quite tough. MrBeast talks about how everything can fall apart if the content creator is absent from the picture or disappears. The full organization may tumble down like a domino if the very base that it holds disappears.
Donaldson ended his Tweet with a piece of quality advice to aspiring YouTubers and content creators. He stated that if someone is making a whole organizational structure through their channels, they should need mental toughness. He warned that if this element is absent, the chances of the creator burning out and quitting are highly plausible.
