Fortnite has exciting new materials lined up for the fans that don’t seem to end. Recent collaborations with Nike titled ‘Airphoria’ have turned a lot of heads. Now, an industry insider has confirmed more collaborations are on the horizon for Fortnite. The Fortnite x Futurama collaboration is set to drop on July 26, and the community is hyped.

Amidst criticisms of stagnation from fans, Epic Games seemed determined to change community perceptions. The devs have been dumping tons of new additions to the game, including gameplay mechanics. Fans still can’t get their heads around the fact that they have so many things to explore and get used to. Regardless, fans are now once again ecstatic with the prospect of a new collaboration in the air.

Fortnite collaborations are on a roll

With the Chapter 4 Season 3 update, Fortnite dropped a lot of new features and additions to the game. Before this, many fans were visibly upset with the devs for not introducing anything new to Fortnite. Many also alleged that Epic Games had stagnated and that expecting anything new in Fortnite would be a mistake. The devs took these allegations pretty seriously and have taken the necessary steps to cater to the community’s demands.

The Chapter 4 updates saw many new things come to Fortnite islands. This included new gameplay mechanics and loot system. Features like mud sliding found players once again putting in the hours to master the game all over again. The devs also announced a collab with Nike, titled ‘Airphoria’. This collaboration introduced an array of new skins that players couldn’t wait to unlock.

But regardless of all these new developments, fans kept on requesting more collaborations to bring more characters from other universes. Now it looks like fans will finally get what they want.

An industry insider revealed the news of the collaboration between the famous battle royale and Futurama, a popular sitcom considered to be a cult classic.

Since the announcement, fans have been trying to find out more about the collaboration.
