The Last of Us showed fans that video game adaptations can be done right. HBO’s adaptation of the game became popular with non-gamers as well, featuring Game of Thrones actors Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey in titular roles. Fans want to know everything about their favorite celebrities, like how they spend their weekends. And speaking of weekends, HBO’s Joel Miller was recently in the news for a hilarious reason.
The Narcos and Last of Us star visited an art exhibit dedicated to him in Kent. The events that followed surely made for an eventful weekend.

Art exhibits are an interesting affair, but when they are dedicated to you, expectations can run higher. When Pedro Pascal heard of an art exhibit dedicated to him, he knew he had to visit. Off he set to the Rhodes Gallery to checkout ‘ADHD Hyperfixation & Why It Looks Like I Love Pedro Pascal’. Accompanying him was fellow actor, Russel Tovey, as well as Robert Diament. Upon their arrival, the two found themselves puzzled.

As it turned out, the gallery was closed! The two could not figure out what the issue was. Funnily enough, it turns out the gallery remains closed on Sundays. Gallery owner Jessica Rhodes Robb put up a message clarifying the situation. She even promised a gift for Pascal, in order to make it up to him. In her statement, she said, “We’re mortified that they couldn’t get in and our Sunday opening policy is most definitely under review. We’ll be sending Pedro a gift from the show by way of an apology.”

The actor, known for his cheerful nature, remained in good spirits. He even shared a smiling picture outside the gallery.

All’s well that ends well. Surely Pedro would be happy to accept a gift. Fans will be eager to know what he gets.

The gallery holds art curated by Heidi Gentle Burrell. Composed of a mixture between paintings and sketches, the exhibit showcases 14 pieces of art for the public to visit. It was surely an honour for the curator to know her exhibit attracted its inspiration.
