Fortnite has some of the most iconic and classic entities as skins. The Epic Games title has been the developers’ playground to show off their newest licensed collaborations with some of the leading names in the world.

One such collaboration is straight from the world of anime, Naruto. The hype around the ninja’s arrival has been immense since last season, but Epic continues to make players wait longer. Well, not anymore. Or so the reports suggest. New data-mining efforts concerning the latest files by insiders have leaked some crucial details of the character’s arrival to the island along with offering a tentative timeline.

The initial rumors started circulating in the community last season. But there was no sign of the skin or anything related to the anime and its protagonist, Naruto, to be found in the game.

Thankfully, waiting days will probably come to an end soon. Well-renowned industry insider, HYPEX, has now revealed fascinating features that will be available for Fortnite-rs to try out via Twitter.

For all Naruto and Fortnite fans, Epic is planning to add a mythic explosive weapon, Kunai. With essential statistics for the Kunai having been disclosed, the only key figure missing is its DPS.

Additionally, a new creative coin has also been added to the game keeping in line with the Naruto theme. At the time of writing, the new coin seems to be similar to a ramen bowl.

But that’s not where it all ends. Since data mining efforts usually patch note files as a source, two new codenames have come up. The two tags namely “HeadbandK” and “HeadbandS”, could be potential versions of the skin. Or, as HYPEX hints, they could be Kakashi and Sasuke, characters from the Naruto manga/anime.

Unfortunately, even though the leak includes additional features, the skin itself has not been leaked. Recently, Epic Games have done a fantastic job of letting just enough details make their way to the internet to fuel the hype around their product.
