One of the most iconic characters in the Tekken franchise is none other than the charming, brutal assassin, Nina Williams. The ruthless and cold-eyed assassin is on her way to wreak havoc on her opponents in Tekken 8. A recent PlayStation trailer confirmed her arrival, adding hype to Tekken 8.

The character also had her own action-adventure game back in 2005 called Death by Degrees, which was released on PlayStation 2.
Nina Williams is a character that has been present in the franchise since its beginning. Subjected to numerous experiments from childhood and forced to go through cryosleep, and getting mind controlled later by Ogre! Nina has become the darkest version of herself. The most interesting part about her is that her biggest rival is Anna, her own sister.

Though people got to see the character breaking the shell when she was hesitant to shoot Steve Fox who was created from her while she was in cryosleep. The character in the trailer was donning her dual pistols coupled with her insane martial arts skill.
Fans are excited to finally see their favorite assassin back in the franchise
The announcement of Nina coming back for yet another installment of the game surely has excited the fans. Especially as the brutal assassin was an integral part of the Tekken narrative for a long time.

People were showering love on Nina Williams, as she is the favorite character of many. People were asking the makers to give the narrative angle a long run compared to the Tekken 7. Because it comparatively had a lesser narrative angle when put on the same scale as the action sequences.

The arrival of Nina Williams sure has created waves of excitement for Tekken fans. And moreover, hype the release of the game. The game is aimed for release on various platforms like Windows, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Though no official date has yet been revealed, it is likely that the game will release in late 2023 or early 2024.
