‘The Fast and the Furious’ actor Vin Diesel took the world by storm two years ago when he appeared in the cinematic trailer for Ark 2 at Game Awards 2020. Once again, he sent the gaming world into chaos in July 2022, when Ark released a trailer for their second installment featuring the actor.

Vin Diesel to feature in Ark: The Animated Series

After the latest success of Cyberpunk Edgerunners, the gaming community will soon enjoy another video game-based animated series. Ark: Survival Evolved’s official YouTube channel recently released a video that was the trailer for their Animated Series.

There is a huge hype among the Ark fanbase for this series. But the excitement among the fans has doubled after a recent tweet by The Game Awards. It revealed a major update about the series. the series would feature Vin Diesel, who would lend his voice to the character called Santiago.

For those who don’t know, this is the same character that Diesel would play in the upcoming Ark 2. This action-adventure series has already featured Vin Diesel as Santiago in their DLC for the first game, the Genesis. According to the game, Vin Diesel’s character has an essential role in the Ark Universe.

How did fans react to this update?

There is a lot of hype among the fans for this upcoming series and especially after seeing Vin Diesel in it. Although fans made fun that the actor will drive a car and care for his family in this game. So, it’s a reference to his most iconic movie character, Dominic Toretto, from the Fast and the Furious series.
