In fact, Thomas also shared his opinion on the YouTube Star MrBeast’s ideas and how Ryan Trahan became his absolute favorite.

Thomas’s opinions are extremely notable, considering he had a valid reason for everything he said. According to him, MrBeast is a great creator, but many who idolize him set him as an example. In the interview with Colin and Samir, the Minecraft YouTuber stated how Ryan Trahan has maintained a balance between taking inspiration and maintaining creativity. “I think the person I have been most proud of, most changed my perception of YouTube recently, has been, obviously been Ryan Trahan,” he shared.

“I worry about this current MrBeast climate because it’s getting exhausting,” Thomas shared. “With every sort of culture comes a counterculture and Ryan, you know, and I, would like to think I’ve played a part in that of like being really yourself like unapologetically yourself… but still acknowledging these new things that we know about YouTube.”

TommyInnit does have a huge point when he talks about the actual issue with creativity on YouTube these days. The question is whether creators will choose to embrace the idea of maintaining originality or become more like MrBeast himself, in the journey to find popularity.
