The Minecraft community will never be the same without Technoblade (also known as Dave) and his hilarious dry humor. The 22-year-old complained about something weird bothering his right shoulder. The streamer ignored it as a common gamer issue, as he claims to have been gaming for a long time.
However, things quickly took a rather unpleasant turn when the same issue resurfaced and it compelled him to seek medical. He, later on, found out that his ailment was quite serious as he had a tumor, which would require immediate medical attention.
” My best guess was that it is some kind of repetitive stress injury. Because I have been playing video games since the age of like 5 pretty much non-stop. I was gonna get carpal tunnel at some point. But I took a few days to rest my arm, but it really didn’t feel any better after that.

So after a few days of that, I looked at myself in the mirror and I noticed that my right shoulder is starting to swell like crazy, and I was like, oh my god! I must have broken a bone, I mean this, it looks crazy you know the next day August 2nd, I headed over to the doctor to see what was wrong and they ran a couple of scans and they came back and they told me that the reason why my arm hurts is because I have cancer.”
