Last year Ludwig and Hustler Casino joined forces to host an influencer Poker night with high stakes. Featuring some of the biggest names in the content creator industry, including MrBeast, xQc, Botez, Ninja, and Ludwig, the night also had the pro poker player Phil Hellmuth to flex his skills on the whales. 

But the event didn’t go as planned, because, in the end, Phil was the man who got shocked by the YouTube top dog, Jimmy Donaldson aka MrBeast’s play. The event was a lesson that not even professional players can’t control the flow of a game, as Hellmuth was visibly battered by Jimmy and the influencers, giving the fans an experience of a lifetime.

Poker Pro Got annihilated by an oblivious MrBeast

Self-described ‘poker brat’ Phil Hellmuth had a hard time holding his ground as his opponent, the YouTube millionaire and poker rookie MrBeast destroyed him without even realizing that he had won. Seeing the massacre by such an inexperienced player, the pro had an episode of rage, unable to accept the reality. 

“So, split pot?” Beast offered to call it a draw and split the money between him and Hellmuth, then quickly stepped back saying, “nah, just joking. I’ve got nothing.” But then he proceeds to throw his cards down, thinking he has no way of winning the $34,800 pot. But little did he know what was about to follow.

As soon as seeing his hand, the table erupted, yelling, “You have a flush dude.” Jimmy’s cards were an ace, and 10 hearts. Jimmy’s Flush finished Hellmuth’s two pairs and won the whole pot. Even after winning Jimmy said, “I literally was like, oh, he has two queens and two jacks, I’m dead.”

When the online poker pro Doug reacted to the match, sharing his opinions on the whole match, his insights gave him another chance to criticize the pro player and praise the young millionaire. “How is phil surprised that a billionaire who plays poker for fun is tossing money in the middle with second pair?” said a user. 

“Phil really soured the whole vibe of the stream by being his most insufferable self. He was such a crybaby, he really didn’t belong in this game,”  throwing a bold jab at Phil. “What is so insane to me is that Phil should want them to play bad, he is just upset that the hand doesn’t go his way, and I think he is smart enough to know he should shut up and let them keep playing poorly, but for some reason he doesn’t lol,” added another user.
