The Streamer Awards is a unique platform that has been created to give an appreciation space for prominent and upcoming streamers. The 2022 inaugural season was a huge success which peaked at 380,000 concurrent views, making it the 45th highest concurrent viewers count for an event on Twitch.

The nominations were selected through online votes from the fans. Thus giving the community a way of participating in the unique event. Popular personnel like Tarik, Shroud, Ludwig, and Pokimane won awards for their selected respective categories during the 2022 Streamer Awards.
This time the event will be held at The Wiltern, Los Angeles. Scheduled to take place on March 11, 2023, many people are looking out to see their favorite streamers win awards and trophies in the year’s edition. The nominations began on January 30 and will go on till February 11. After that, the community will get to see all the selected candidates for various categories of the Awarding ceremony. The criteria to be considered as a streamer in the event is when someone has more than 200 hours of stream time.
