Stream sniping is a sin that streamers have to push through every single day. This act of spying on a streamer’s game is quite similar to cheating in real-time. Popular gamers like Ninja, Shroud, ShahZaM, Aceu, and many more often find themselves becoming a victim of this act. In a recent stream, the 30-year-old streamer, Ninja, encountered stream snipers, but they did not ruin his gaming experience.

Instead, the snipers pulled off an insane ‘Mixer’ joke that left everyone in chat and on his stream laughing their butts off. It is fun to see such unique interactions live on stream, and it is why the clip has gone viral.

Ninja raked in millions because of the fall of Mixer

The streamer struck a historic deal with Microsoft’s streaming platform Mixer. This paved the way for other streamers to pick up similar contracts from the platform, creating a whole new stream of revenue that didn’t exist before. His jump to the untested platform was dubbed as the biggest move the world of streaming had ever seen. However, the platform failed to offer any real competition to Twitch and was soon picked up by Facebook Gaming.

This created a rather weird moment for the streamer, as he wasn’t where he would take his talents next. According to a report by The Loadout, the fall of the mixer saw his exclusive contract being breached, and Facebook even offered to almost double his contracted amount. However, the streamer chose to step bow out of the deal and move back to Twitch.

It is said that the streamer earned a massive sum of $50 million through his deal with Mixer.
