In the recent pour of brand new content and characters in Fortnite, the horror protagonist from Dead Space lands on the battlefield. The chief man of the USG Ishimura space station, Isaac Clarke, equipped with his icon armor and laser pickaxe, is set to tear down his enemies and grab the “Victory Royale”.
As the release date of the highly anticipated remake of the original steps closer, Dead Space partners up with the insanely popular online Battle Royale, Fortnite, to bring the players another familiar face to the game’s massive roster. With a purchasable pack, players can compete in the arena in the shoes of Isaac Clarke.

With the purchase of the Dead Space pack, the players will get to use the iconic Dead Space items in the game such as the Signature armor of Isaac Clarke, RIG back Bling, a themed HUD replacement, USG Ishimura Back Bling, Plasma Cutter Pickaxe. This plasma cutter Pickaxe will replace the in-game pickaxe model with a precise laser cutter based on the horror game. It will come with a handy remote that will allow the players to summon the weapon even if it’s not equipped. Much like Wolverine’s claws and Dr. Strange’s magic sword.
The Value pack not only offers cosmetics but also a quest line that will offer the players a series of daily bonus quests that will reward an accumulative 1500 V-Bucks. This “Strange Transmissions” quest line will come bundled with the pack. Fortnite may also be selling physical cards with codes for this event in retail stores like Target and Best Buy, which means even if one fails to get the pack while it is available in the in-game shop, they can hope to get them later from third-party stores.
