Customers to receive their Steam Deck orders faster as Valve is doubling the production
For those looking to buy the handheld gaming PC sooner than later, there’s a good news from the manufacturer itself. Valve just revealed it’s increasing the production of the units while doubling the number of Steam Deck devices it’s making.
What does that mean?
Well, it simply implies that more Steam Decks are being manufactured at a rapid pace at the moment. Valve shared this information on its main Twitter handle.

“Production has picked up, and after today we’ll be shipping more than double the number of Steam Decks every week!” Valve wrote in its tweet. Its team has sent the last Q2 emails, while they will send the Q3 reservation emails soon, at the end of June.

Without a doubt, it’s a great update for all the lovers of Steam Deck, who are waiting to get their orders as fast as possible. Initially, there were issues regarding the deliveries at the beginning of 2022, due to fewer units. But then Valve improved on its performance, resulting in an increased production of the handheld gaming PC.
