The Carolina-based YouTuber has a team of 60 people working with him. But his manager Reed Duchscher had a big hand in Donaldson’s success. Duchscher is the founder of the talent managing company Night Media, which manages MrBeast and previously Dude Perfect. However, the 33-year-old didn’t start his career as a talent manager.

Why did MrBeast manager quit his NFL job?

Duchscher recently appeared on a podcast where he shared how he always dreamed of working in an NFL agency, and he finally achieved it. Further, he was even happier because of the opportunity to work with the people he knew and wanted to work with. But then he came across young content creators making successful careers playing video games online.

Soon he realized about missing a more significant opportunity because of the NFL job. He said, “So my brain started to just kind of wrap its head around like all the things that were going on the internet and all the businesses that were starting to be built on it. So I got this like sense that I was being left behind, and it started to give me anxiety.”
