Starfield Modder Launches an Exclusive Mod That Can Bring Insane Facial Details for Characters in the Game

Within two weeks of its release, Bethesda‘s Starfield has taken the internet on storm. Apart from mind blogging gameplay, Starfield’s character creator tool amazed fans with its almost perfect resemblance to their in-game characters. This is because fans came up with an exclusive mod, which takes the facial details of Starfield characters to the next level. Hence, players can enjoy more realistic facial details while emerging into Starfield’s universe. 

The New Starfield mod brings an insane level of facial details for Starfield characters

Before Starfield’s release, many fans predicted that Bethesda’s outer-space-themed RPG would have the majority number of mods ever received by any other game. Now finally after Starfield’s launch, the community can see their predictions coming true. Despite, Bethesda’s efficiency with Starfield’s character creator tool, one fan released a new mod, SavrenX HD NPC Optimized. Following this mod, Starfield players can enjoy more realistic facial expressions of the game characters. 

The details of this mod explained to remaster over 2500 Facegen MAJOR NPC textures. The modder further revealed how this mod’s facegen system will use four textures to make Starfield NPC as realistic as possible. These four textures are Rough, AO, Normal and Diffuse. Following this new facegen system, Starfield players can enjoy natural realism. Further, it is revealed how he tried many combinations with rough maps and diffuses to bring such compact details. And the result is seriously killing it!

Not only that, but this mod’s installation process was quite simple too. People just need to download it from the website and extract the zip file’s contents into the Starfield folder in the Documents‘ My Games folder. Although this mod should ideally be combined with Starfield’s main texture, at times the game can stutter due to compression issues. So the modder advised players to use it loosely. 

Two exclusive mods that can add more fun to Starfield’s gameplay
