After trying to stay away from them for a while, EA games have finally started embracing primarily single-player experiences all over again. Next year we would see EA’s Dead Space Remake, the new Dragon’s Age game, at least one game based on a Marvel property, and much-awaited sequel to 2019’s souls like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which has been named Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

EA announced this new game with a teaser early this year and if insider-gaming sources are to be believed, we would not have to wait very long to get a proper look at this game.
Star Wars fans are up for a treat!
EA might be planning to release a full gameplay trailer of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor at The Game Awards next month. Respawn’s third-person action-adventure has been on the wishlist of every Star Wars fan ever since it was revealed a while ago. And given how well-received the first game was, fans are expecting something even better this time around.
As per Insider-gaming along with the new trailer, we would also get the game’s launch date and pre-order date. And they are even saying that the announcement would take place around 30 minutes into the show.
The game has been in development for a while at Respawn Entertainment, the acclaimed developers of Apex Legends and Titanfall. It would be a direct continuation of the story in Jedi: Fallen Order.

It would be larger than the Fallen Order
According to the official website “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor picks up five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Cal must stay one step ahead of the Empire’s constant pursuit as he continues to feel the weight of being one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy.”
Respawn has even claimed that they are making this game more expansive with the intention to take full advantage of current-gen hardware. So the game is expected to look even better than the first title. Now more expensive here might even mean that the developers are planning to implement even more open-ended levels than the ones in the Fallen Order.
