Imane Anys, also known as Pokimane, is a Canadian-Moroccan Twitch streamer, who is famous for her fun personality on streams. She has over 9.2 million followers on the platform, making her among the top Twitch streamers. Pokimane quickly gets tens of thousands of viewers on her streams. However, her fans eagerly await these fun streams as Poki is on a long hiatus.

Pokimane talks about her long hiatus from streaming

The Twitch Queen took to her Twitter in July 2022, to share about her going on a long break. Poki stated that she’s taking this hiatus to focus on her life away from streaming, especially with her mental health. Further, the 26-year-old mentioned she isn’t dealing with any depression or problems, but this move is for her better help and career longevity.

Imane might have been away from streaming, but she has been playing video games with her friends on their streams. Recently, she appeared on the stream of Leslie Ann Fu, popularly known as Fuslie. During the stream, Fuslie asked Pokimane how long she’s been on a break from streaming.

Pokimane surprised Fuslie by stating that she’s been on a month-long hiatus. Then the American streamer said that Anys’s break had inspired her, and she would be taking one too. After listening to this, Poki stated, “Yo low-key, I’m like should I be the trophy wife to myself or something like I don’t want to work anymore? This is nice.”

When will Poki return to streaming?

It seems that Imane is enjoying her long hiatus as it’s helping her take the streaming load off her head. And she can freely enjoy and explore places. But her fans are eagerly waiting for her streams, who just have one question in their head that is when will she return to streaming?

Poki didn’t announce any deadline for her break, meaning it all depends on her to end this vacation. However, we can expect she might soon return to streaming, as the 26-year-old once stated that she couldn’t stay away from streaming for a long-time.
