In his conversation with Youshaei, Galloway talked about the inner nuances of content creation and achieving success in the field. 

When Youshaei asked Paddy about how to make successful Shorts videos, he said, “I almost think Shorts as intros. You know they are like intros, except they need to have a conclusion.” According to Galloway, Shorts are much like feature-length YouTube videos, which need to sum up everything in the intro. 

“I think it is the same game. It’s just condensed down to a much shorter time period,” said Galloway. To test out in the field of Shorts, he suggested that one should cut the intro of a video and upload it to TikTok or YouTube in the Shorts category. If it works, that means it is a good intro, and it may help boost the traffic on the original video, also giving the user somewhat of an understanding of what works in the ‘short format’.
