GTA 6 is one AAA title at this moment that has a lot of hype going for it, and there’s good reason for it since GTA V launched more than seven years ago. However, Rockstar Games. due to some unknown reason, hasn’t announced any kind of update when it comes to Grand Theft Auto 6’s development or release.

And now, according to an insider, GTA 6 might eventually disappoint the fans who are eagerly waiting for it with all of their patience.

If the reports from the insider are anything to go by, GTA 6 will reportedly have a troublesome debut. Because currently, the development phase is suffering from certain issues. Mentioning the three points for his claims, the insider, who’s known as AccNGT, wrote:

“Some people don’t realize how chaotic the development is.”

The account literally calls the current state of the game’s development as chaotic, which implies that the problem might be more serious than expected. However, it’s not clear who “some people” are according to AccNGT. Well, they could be fans, media persons, or even employees working at Rockstar Games.

GTA 6 release may upset the fans!

What’s more important to note in this latest claim by the insider is the point regarding the release date and schedule of GTA 6. AccNGT mentions that the title will be a “disappointment” for many when it’s revealed.

Of course, it’s not about the graphics since those will be definitely stunning and impressive. However, certain aspects of the game itself might be uninteresting. It’s maybe due to the fact that some previous comments by fans pointed out that it will be less funny and not as edgy as past entries. Or maybe it’s more likely to be an online game than what players are currently expecting.

Another point, according to the insider, is that if GTA 6 is announced later this month or in early 2022, then “we can be really worried.” But AccNGT didn’t expand on this specific point. All of this implies that Rockstar or its parent company Take Two are perhaps pushing its development harder than it should be pushed.

What’s alarming is that this recent report isn’t the only claim that has surfaced online in a while. Last month, a rumor stated that GTA 6 might turn into a total reboot, after the exit of co-founder and writer Dan Houser. However, it hasn’t been officially confirmed so far.

What do you think about the overall Grand Theft Auto 6 situation so far?
