Assassin’s Creed III’s Edward Kenway was one of the most endearing protagonists in the genre, and players spent more time sailing around the ocean than they did engaging in standard Assassin pranks on land. The new formula was immediately adored by the public, but for some reason, Ubisoft decided to drop the idea for a full-fledged game. Now when the makers are trying to redeem the OG dominance of the game, they decided to re-invest in this much-loved classic from the series.

The rumor of the Assassin’s Creed Black Flag 2 remake had the audience divided. Most fans feel it could have been a brilliant opportunity for the makers for a sequel instead. Fans want another chapter in the Kenway family story. According to the gamers, Kenway could have been the perfect character to take the narrative ahead due to its popularity. The sea adventure’s sequel could have been the most appropriate creation for redemption.
