It seems like Nintendo is in love with its older games. All they want to do is make remakes and remasters of their games. Fans might remember Metroid Prime Remastered. And of course, everyone is aware of the Super Mario RPG remake as well as the Luigi’s Mansion 2 remake that is coming to the Nintendo Switch.

If this was not enough, fans would be glad to know that Nintendo has much more incoming in the re-release and remake departments. A very interesting rumor suggests that this time it’s a Kirby game getting a remake! This news is like music to the ears of avid gamers, anticipating the return of this iconic character with modern enhancements.

The Nintendo Switch has literally become a port machine and the remake hub of this generation. This console has received so many ports and remasters that it’s unbelievable. Even Rockstar Games released a port of Red Dead Redemption on the Nintendo Switch, which is a very good port. But not all of those ports have been from third-party studios; Nintendo has had an equal part in this.

Ever since the launch of their hybrid console, they have re-released numerous games on it. It can easily be said that almost all of Wii U’s first-party library is currently on the Nintendo Switch. And now, with Luigi’s Mansion 2, 3Ds’s library has started that climb too.

That is not the only game to do so. Nintendo recently re-registered the trademark for Kirby Triple Deluxe. This has sparked speculation that maybe it’s Kirby’s turn to jump from 3Ds to the Nintendo Switch.

This trademark re-registration does not mean that Nintendo is planning to bring that game to the Switch. It can even mean a sequel is incoming. Whatever it might be, it has caused a commotion amongst fans, and now they would be eager to hear some news regarding this whenever a new Nintendo Direct comes.

The original game was a fun distraction for Nintendo 3D gamers.

The Nintendo 3DS version of Kirby Triple Deluxe was a fun platformer with a difficulty that no casual gamer would mind tackling. This game was developed for Nintendo 3DS by HAL Laboratory, primarily known for their work on the Super Smash Bros. series.

Hence, it goes without saying that Hal Laboratory would be the developer working on this new game too. Whatever it turns out to be All that remains to be said is that it is exciting to see that Nintendo refuses to leave behind one of its most easy-going characters after so many years.
