Rockstar Games has been the creator of many phenomenon action experiences over the years. These creations include the legendary GTA and the Red Dead Redemption series. Coincidentally, both labels have been making the trending headlines lately. There are constant speculations running through the upcoming announcement regarding both GTA and Red Dead Redemption. The remastered version of Red Dead Redemption has been among the rumors for a while. Cashing in on the hype, the developers recently announced RDR’s arrival on PlayStation. But the arrival has a catch, an expensive catch! 

Ever since the series made its debut from The Red Dead Revolver in 2004, it has been a fan favorite. Moreover, the developers’ innovations have only added to the action experience. Just yesterday, the makers confirmed RDR’s release on PlayStation 4 and Switch to be imminent. Now, in the latest piece of news, Red Dead Redemption Port is set to hit the Sony console. Although this is a piece of huge news for the franchise fans, the price tag has left the fans surprised. Well, it seems to enjoy the 13-year-old action classic players would have to spend some big bucks. Yes, the RDR port for PlayStation would cost you $50!

According to Rockstar, the port is a “conversion” rather than a remaster or remake, and it adds support for new tongues such as Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, and Latin American Spanish. Physical copies will be available starting on October 13 for $49.99 on the PlayStation Store and Nintendo Switch eShop, respectively.
