Rockstar announced this unfortunate news just a couple of hours after the worldwide release of the game. Mainly the launcher is down for maintenance, but it’s been almost 12 hours, and there is absolutely no sign of improvement whatsoever.
Services for the Rockstar Games Launcher and supported titles are temporarily offline for maintenance. Services will return as soon as maintenance is completed.

GTA Trilogy is facing some major issues after the worldwide release
Above all, now the PC version of the game has been pulled from the official store. Players are not able to play any Rockstar Games game on PC because of how the launcher is down, which is quite frustrating for many gamers. Players who actually bought this game after the release are most annoyed right now. Not being able to play the game they have waited for so long, even after its release, is pretty sad.

Reddit and Twitter are flooded with players responding to the continued downtime issue. Some players are even saying that Rockstar should shift back to Steam as they don’t how to know how to handle such a situation.
I think it's about time for Rockstar to shift back to Steam. The Rockstar Games Launcher has been down for nearly 10 hours and I'm unable to access the games that I paid for.
Frustrated about this all…

However, Rockstar reassured the fans that the issue will be solved as soon as possible and the maintenance is almost completed, but there is no timeframe on the official tweet.
Not only on PC but Rockstar Games’ GTA Trilogy also had some other issues on PlayStation just after the release as well. But it was a completely different issue. Players who pre-ordered the game got access way before the time and, because of this, Rockstar had to pull out the game from the PlayStation store as well.
