Not long since its inception, Call of Duty Warzone has been facing a cheater problem. Hacks such as aimbots, magnetic bullets, thermal vision, wallhacks, and others like these are the last thing a player needs to see in a heated clutch situation. However, as it turns out, players have had to face problems with cheating for a considerably long amount of time.
And it looks like Warzone’s latest anti-cheat Ricochet is taking action. Not only is it taking action, it is also doing so with poetic justice.

Warzone cheater is quick to swift justice thanks to Ricochet
After what seems like ages of player complaints about the cheating in the game, Ricochet seems to be taking effective action. Adding on, it does this in a somewhat ironic manner. It seems like the system recognizes the hacker, then the game automatically makes the hacker’s target impervious to any damage inflicted by the hacker.
A Reddit user took to posting on the game’s official subreddit to show to players precisely what happens. The user posted a two-minute clip of a cheater facing the repercussions of using an aimbot in the most hilarious manner.
Initially, in all of the gunfights taken by the cheater, it seemed like his enemies were wearing juggernaut suits. While all the cheater’s shots were landing accurately, his enemies took no damage at all.

The cheater’s reaction is a sight to behold. The disbelief that dawns upon the cheater’s face is extremely satisfying to the Warzone community. The players have been plagued by the hacking menace almost since the title launched. This is not all, it seems like Ricochet does not stop merely at making the enemy invincible.
After a point of time, the cheater discovered that his whole aiming setup broke down. While he could use the right analog stick to move, the left analog stick, the one responsible for aiming, was unresponsive.
