The list of good news for Microsoft Xbox just keeps on growing. They have won their case against FTC and the court has also denied FTC’s attempt to re-appeal. This means titles from Activision’s world will be coming over for fans of Microsoft’s consoles. However, they may take up to a year or two to arrive on the Game Pass.

In the meanwhile, classic titles from PlayStation and Nintendo are making their way toward Xbox consoles via a cloud game streaming platform. This announcement has sent shockwaves among fans who have been looking forward to playing these titles for a long time.

Xbox fans get a retro gift from the game streaming platform Antstream Arcade

In a recent announcement, Antstream Arcade stated they are making their way to Xbox consoles, becoming the first third-party cloud gaming service of the Microsoft subsidiary. This service is currently available on PC and Android but will be available on Xbox Series X/S consoles and Xbox One after July 21. The service is currently available to pre-order on the Microsoft store.

Antstream CEO Steve Cottam also showed his happiness over joining the Microsoft subsidiary. He said, “We believe in the preservation and accessibility of all games, the great, the impossible, and the forgotten or lesser known too. I’m very proud to bring the Antstream Arcade platform to the Xbox community”. Furthermore, the cloud game streaming service Antstream Arcade is looking to bring more than 1400 retro titles.

Some of these titles belong to older consoles of PlayStation and Nintendo, exciting the fans even further. The platform said the games are optimized through a “rigorous quality control process to ensure the gameplay is as the developer intended”. There will be 1470 games coming all together with the Antstream Arcade platform’s arrival on July 21. Furthermore, games from consoles like PlayStation 1, Nintendo Game Boy, and SEGA Genesis will be available on the platform.
