The latest update for Apex Legends has kick-started Season 8 with update 8.0, and has also introduced a brand new legend called Fuse. He is one of the strongest outlanders, and his unrivaled appetite for violence has already dwarfed every other character. This legend is too powerful, mainly because of his insane kit of abilities.

The trailer’s promised mayhem in Season 8 and Fuse is living up to those expectations very well. The community has already deemed him overpowered, and it looks like he will receive some nerfs.

Apex Legends has introduced a broken character

The new storyline of Apex led to the introduction of a mighty champion from the outlands. Fuse has survived the test of time and lived through some insane moments. In his quest to attain greatness, he has finally arrived in Apex Games with a goal of becoming its undisputed champion.

In Season 8, the community finally got the chance to play the latest character, and his powers are unlike anything you have ever seen. He can lock an entire area down with his ultimate ability that would effectively create a ring of fire.

He can easily restrict movements of an entire team, and can also serve as a great tool for area denial. The high damage numbers that he can easily dish out with his abilities alone, truly makes him one of the strongest character in Season 8.

His passive skill is probably the most powerful ability the game has ever seen. He can shoot all types of  grenades accurately at his enemies at a much faster speed as compared to his peers. The combination of passive grenade skill, cluster bomb, and the motherlode can easily overwhelm an entire squad quite easily.

Team composition with Fuse

With unmatched firepower, Fuse can easily take advantage of his teammate’s abilities. It is already known that he can dish out high damage numbers while locking enemies in the small area. It can work incredibly well with crown controllers like Horizon and her singularity, as it can disable the entire team while fuse can laydown some old fashion beat-down.

Other characters with a similar area of effect abilities like Banglore, Gibraltar, and Caustic can also offer good synergy. These Legends can deal massive damage in a large area that compliments Fuse.
