New Third person Mode in Resident Evil: Village
In the Winters’ expansion, released on October 28, 2022. Resident Evil: Village has added the Third Person mode back in the game. This feature used to be a staple in the older games as the first three games in the series had a “Fixed camera.”

The seventh game in the series, Resident Evil: Biohazard was the first game in the series to implement the first-person camera. The game, compared to its predecessors, had much more closed spaces that gave a claustrophobic feel, so a first-person was much more appropriate for the setting than a third-person one.

Should have had the option on release for both RE 7 and 8, I cannot play first person games because I get motion sickness, I’ve played all the others throughout the years and missed out on 7 & 8

That is Amazing. This is Real RE Series. FPS was not suit with RE Series in my opinion because seen your charecter is much better to feel the game with TPS Style.
