Resident Evil 4 remake hint

The scene at 1:46, where the team exits the elevator caught everyone’s eye, as a well-known symbol can be seen very clearly to the right of the doorway. The symbol can be seen only for a few seconds, but it is identified as the symbol for Las Plagas, the parasite that infected the village in Resident Evil 4.

Fans believe this is Capcom teasing fans on the remake, which might be announced pretty soon. Well, this is what all the horror fans are hoping for, at least.

The advertisement was broadcasted during the PlayStation showcase and contained tons of Easter eggs for multiple titles. This includes Final Fantasy VII, Crash Bandicoot, Legacy, Hogwarts, and many more.

This hint offers a ray of hope to all the gamers waiting for the remake for a long time now. The horror installment is regarded as one of the most popular and influential games of the 2000s.

On the other hand, however, this may be just a simple case of throwing multiple references to the PlayStation title.

Resident Evil 4 is the highest-rated game of Capcom till now, with approximately 10.4 million copies across multiple platforms. Even after 15 years of its release, the game has been ported and remastered multiple times but has never been fully remade. Hopefully, the symbol does mean something, and this isn’t some hollow tease.
