This is one of the most high-profile reactions fans have seen to the ongoing conflict. Many fans consider FIFA to be the number one football simulation title around. According to reporting by Forbes, it has sold over 325 million units in lifetime sales as of 2021.

Even individual sales of titles like FIFA 18 sell really well; FIFA 18 sold over 26 million units. All these factors come together to make the FIFA series the highest-selling sports franchise.
