What doesn’t kill you simply makes you stranger? Well, that thought cannot be applied to GTA V as it refuses to die, even after nearly completing a decade. The title was released in 2013 and it set the record of selling most copies in 24 hours at that time. This is simply a testament to the title’s brilliance and how it continues to defiantly stand against modern-day goliaths and is still holding on its own.
Rockstar Studios have also backed the game with an ample amount of content that has been rolled out in the past decade. With the industry turning over a new leaf with the next-gen console, GTA V has once again survived the curtain fall and is ready to make a debut with next-gen upgrades.

Twitter reacts to GTA V getting a next-gen release
The power of the grand theft auto franchise is unprecedented, and it’s hard to imagine what’s going to happen when GTA VI releases. Till then, the world has to make do with GTA V, and it is not going to disappoint you by any means. However, fans aren’t taking this announcement positively, and the reactions clearly are the obvious fatigue with the decade-old title.
Review bombing an already mega-successful title might not help, but massive dislikes? This might be a game-changer, as one fan calls for everyone to send a message to the creators.
C’mon guys, lets dislike the trailer on their YouTube channel. We know that the number of dislikes is not shown to people, but at least it’s shown to Rockstar. https://t.co/oOIP6ZWkmk

It is not a new game, but hey ray tracing just might be the upgrade that can make the sale?

Is it a dead game? It is hard to say that the GTA RP and similar community-driven content are keeping alive and well.
Dead game anyways g

The extra $10 charge doesn’t seem justified, as fans have already paid for the title. Shouldn’t the community get the next-gen upgrade for free like every other game?
Biggest scam in gaming history, whoever buys this is getting scammed idc if it’s only 10$ a scam is a scam

Jump from corny 30 fps to 60 fps with upgraded visuals, well this is the best GTA V experience that the studio can offer.
The 60fps is the only thing that will make me buy the game again.

If you have been meaning to jump back into GTA V, then now is the best and Xbox agrees with it.
Time to get the crew back together.

Fans walked in with next to no expectations, but Rockstar still managed to disappoint them somehow.

The changes to GTA V Online just might be the reason why fans would buy into the game. It is quite obvious that the studio has done a lot of work with it.
The Explosive Sniper is Awesome. It’s a good way to destroy Jet Griefers & make them cry.
