News of possible a Switch 2 making its way to the market soon is already making the rounds on the internet. Given the fact that Nintendo Switch is five years old, it’s just the right time to launch its successor in the market.
Well, with Nintendo Switch’s wide popularity, it’s not much of a big leap to think that Nintendo has started working on Switch 2 and that it will be out soon. It’s not just wild speculation, in fact, recently a prominent leaker gave away a massive detail about Nintendo Switch 2’s features.

Nintendo Switch 2 is on its way?
As per the report, “Leaked codes and folders suggest some feature that we will see in the next Nintendo Console. NVN2 is likely the Switch Successor (NVN is the API developed by Nvidia for the Switch). There are many references to DLSS support and the codename T239/Dane for the chipset.”
Definitely, it sounds pretty amazing, but it’s too early to say if this product will actually come to market or if Nintendo is actually going to that extent Switch 2.

However, as per Shuntaro Furukawa’s (Nintendo’s President) recent interview with Japanese publication The Nikkei, the company’s internal sources and development teams are closely working together to bring the best gaming experience for all the Nintendo users. Furthermore, he also highlighted the point that Switch is only halfway through its lifespan. That means Nintendo is planning to support Switch for another 5 years.

However, something worth noting here is that nothing has been officially confirmed yet. This is just a rumor at this point and Nintendo has confirmed nothing officially yet. But equally, there is no smoke with a little fire. Maybe Switch 2 or whatever the name of the Switch successor will be is on its way with all the amazing features as per the leak.
Or maybe fans have to wait a little longer to get some details on Switch 2.
