Pokimane is one of the most popular female streamers in Twitch. Furthermore, some of her fans also nicknamed her as ‘Queen of Twitch’, owing to her enormous popularity in the community. Apart from Twitch, Poki is also known for her vlogs and other content on YouTube. Several fans loved Poki and JiDion collaboration video and how their beef ended on a positive note.
Interestingly, Poki recently won the Legacy Award at The Streamer Awards 2022. Considering her tremendous popularity in the community, most fans already knew she would win the award. However, Poki revealed she was not confident herself about winning the Legacy Award and was supporting Sodapoppin.

Pokimane confronts she supported Sodapoppin for the Legacy Award 2022.
The first-ever Streamer Awards were held in Hollywood, California. The Streamer Awards let fans vote for their favorites across over 25 categories, with four nominees in each category. Among all the 25 categories, Pokimane won the Legacy Award this year. Other than Pokimane, there were three other nominees. The nominees were Sodapoppin, Scarra, Pokimane, Summitig.
In the video, Poki showed a clip from her streams where she didn’t use her vote for herself. Moreover, Queen of Twitch mentioned she supported Sodapoppin the entire time.
In her own words, ” I can’t believe we won something. I didn’t think that I would win anything at all. When I tell you I had zero expectations of winning, I really mean zero. Like I literally told other people that I think Soda should win.”

She further mentions, “I have been watching streamers for like almost a decade now. So to me, like he’s a legacy streamer and I’m just so flattered that I guess, like this generation or this community, the group of people that voted they view me that way.”

Apart from Legacy Award, Poki was also nominated for the Valorant category. At the end of the video, Pokimane mentioned that she accidentally broke the trophy. However, she promises her fans that she will super-glue it back together. She also stated that her beautiful journey montage made Poki and her friends cry.
