Following a number of serious cases, pro gamer and top Twitch streamer Pokimane recently put out a tweet. She called for Twitch to ban gambling completely. “like if twitch should ban gambling,” she wrote in her tweet which has so far garnered over 220k likes. It seems to suggest that most people are in favor of what she is asking Twitch to do.

Furthermore, she mentioned that there has to be a growing emphasis on removing gambling. If there’s no increased pressure on Twitch officials, they won’t do anything to come up with a solution.
