Yes, we are talking about Scarlet and Violet, which is set to make its way later in 2022 on the Nintendo Switch. As the hype for the game is already through the roof, the developing team behind the project just unveiled another Pokemon Presents Livestream. In that, they revealed a massive and exclusive surprise for those who are Pikachu fanatics.
Pokemon Presents stuns the fans with an exclusive, special Pikachu bonus
By now, everyone knows the fact that Scarlet and Violet are going to be the first installments in the ninth generation of the Pokemon gaming series. Players will discover the Paldea region this time, as revealed in the latest Pokemon Presents showcase. It’s a land of lakes, towering peaks, wastelands, and risky mountain ranges.
Along with this, there will be various trainers as well, honing their skills for Pokemon battles. Moreover, spending time in Paldea won’t be a cakewalk at all. To fight the trainers and catch wild Pokemon, players will need to rest their Poke balls in order to catch more Pokemon.
While there are many reasons to stay hyped for Scarlet and Violet, there’s one more reason for them to be excited. After all, the game will offer a special Pikachu bonus, as a pre-purchase item for those who love the adorable electric squirrel, or that is what Atsuko Nishida claims it to be.

Nibel, on Twitter, succeeded in spotting this information during the Livestream. The insider shared this detail on social media, mentioning that the Nintendo Switch exclusive will offer an “early purchase bonus” Pikachu. Although the catch with this offer is that it will be only available to claim until February 2023 with a Mystery Gift feature.

Furthermore, it seems like players won’t be able to grab this unique Pikachu by leveling up in the game. In order to have it, they must either pre-purchase it or buy it before it goes missing early next year. All things considered, Nintendo and Pokemon fans were elated to see so much content getting revealed. Have a look at a few of the reactions below:
