Pokemon Go About to Get Amazing New Additions in The Massive Halloween Event 2022

Pokemon Go is a worldwide phenomenon. Ever since its release, it revolutionized the market. Its innovative use of augmented reality brought fresh new visions to the world of mobile gaming. Now as Halloween rolls in this year, Pokemon Go is about to get some fresh additions to keep the players spooked and the game fresh! 

The first part of the two-part event is set to begin on October 20, 2022. This event will bring some exciting new additions like Mega Banetta to Raid battles, New special and Timed research, and fresh new cosmetics for the players’ in-game characters. Other than these, there will also be a variety of Halloween-themed Pokemon Easter eggs and items. 

All new additions in Pokemon Go Halloween Event 2022

All these new additions will be available in the game during the Halloween event. So, without further ado, let’s jump right into the new features.

The first part of the event will begin on 20th October and last till 27th October 2022. There will be new mega-raid Battles featuring Mega Banette and Special Field Research focusing on Yamask. The research task will last until November 1, 2022.

Field Research Task Encounters

Completing Field Research Tasks will enable encounters with the following Pokémon, * stand a chance of being a shiny variant:

The following Pokémon will be found through wild encounters. Those marked with an * stand a chance of being a shiny variant:

Halloween Decorations and Details: 

During the Halloween Event, all the PokeStops and Gyms will be decorated with Halloween-themed decorations and the game music will change to an eerie remix of the notorious Lavender town theme.
