Undoubtedly, getting an opportunity to create a song for the upcoming Pokemon game might be like a dream. Celestials received a mixed review from fans. Some praised the song and claimed to like it. Meanwhile, many Pokemon fans didn’t enjoy the music, claiming it wouldn’t go with the vibe. I like edsheeran song and voice. I'm guessing it be used in the credits( or maybe as opening song) pic.twitter.com/CQi0estWkH

But.. why?
Not a fan of the song nor the singer, and prices are bad enough I won't miss playing this game.

Don't know why people are hating on this this was pretty awesome the whole way through

I think it's more it doesn't really feel like it fits. . . (and also some people dislike Ed)
and also, technically, Pokemon is a JRPG; if anything the credits song should be something Japanese. People absolutely loved GOTCHA, and the anime's JP OPs get a lot of acclaim as well.— Pancakes n' Spam (@DetectivePanca2) September 30, 2022
I think people don't like it because it isn't "traditional" pokemon music

Not a fan of the precedent this sets – let mainstream music and video game music stay separate
