According to Serrano, the PlayStation-centric showcase will take place on February 3, 2022. Although the said date is not yet confirmed by officials. That’s obvious to expect since it’s an early detail before the main event. But given the track record of the insider, Sony might announce a closer schedule.

Simply put, the fans will need to look forward to the first week of next month as they wait for the new PlayStation releases of the year.

As for the console itself, the latest generation will see multiple launches in 2022. Some of the most anticipated exclusives of the year include the likes of Horizon Forbidden West, God of War: Ragnarok, Gran Turismo 7, and Forspoken.

However, the eagle-eyed gaming lovers are desperate for two big names, God of War’s sequel and the second part of 2017’s Horizon Zero Dawn.
