God of War II Trailer

It is almost certain that the God of War 2 trailer will definitely make its way up as the major highlight of this showcase event. The game is delayed till 2022 for now and was initially supposed to release this year.

While it is too far-fetched to expect some big gameplay footage reveal in the showcase, it is almost certain that a trailer release is possible. This will help fans get a clear idea about the continuing narrative, given the cliffhanger ending in the first game.

Gran Turismo 7 Trailer for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4

This June, there was a confirmation about Gran Turismo 7 coming to PS4 along with PS5. We can expect a Gran Turismo 7 update from this showcase since this showcase is also set to feature first-party studios. To date, we have snippets of gameplay from different general PlayStation trailers.

PlayStation Exclusive Uncharted may make its way to PC

Sony very well knows its exclusive games, if released for PC, would be incredibly successful. Microsoft has followed this model and has gained considerable success with titles like Forza and Halo. Knowing that there is a market for Sony to release their exclusive games on this platform, it is only imperative for Sony to release its exclusives for PC as well.

While leaks already suggested, Uncharted 4 might come for PC next and we can expect an announcement in the PlayStation Showcase.

Multiplayer standalone title from Naughty Dog Studios

Given this Showcase will feature updates from first-party developers, we can expect some news on the multiplayer standalone title that Naughty Dog is currently working for. Previously on August 27, Naughty Dog Studios announced on Twitter a recruitment process for their standalone multiplayer game.
